Provide the lock brand and model, encoder-supported chip, existing card specification, dimensions, artwork and estimated quantity. State any energy-switch or dual-frequency requirement separately. Approve production after an authorised sample test.
Can card artwork, serial numbers and encoding be customised?
Include artwork files, surface finish, serial format and the payload to encode. Specify which data your own system will handle. Confirm finish and encoding compatibility on a sample, and keep access keys and customer lists out of public inquiries.
